Ubicato in Piazza Lazzeri, il palazzo Ninci si presenta come un edificio frutto di una rifusione di più edifici effettuata nel XVIII secolo. Di proprietà Ninci, venne donato nel 1917 alla Fraternità dei Laici che ne mantiene il possesso fino al 1925.

The Ninci palace, located in Lazzeri square, is the result of a fusion of several buildings dating back to the 18th century. Until 1917 it was property of the Ninci family. Then it was donated to the “Fraternita dei Laici” (Laical brotherhood), which held it until 1925.
